VINIFICATION: Grapes are desteemed and crushed. The pulpy mass is pressed and left for two to ten days to clarify. Fermentation lasts for 2/3 weeks at 14º/16º C. Cold stabilization and filtration, before bottling.
It has a nice light citrus color with well-balanced aromas
marked by floral overtones (rose) and white fruits (peach).
In the mouth it is fresh, with excellent acidity and a
long elegant and fresh finish.
Best served at 12º C
