VINIFICATION: Grapes are desteemed and crushed. The pulpy mass is pressed and left for two to ten days to clarify. Fermentation lasts for 2/3 weeks at 14º/16º C. Cold stabilization and filtration, before bottling.
Elegant and fruity aroma that remembers pear and pineapple. In the mouth it is harmonious, well balanced and fresh, with a good body and a softy and persistent finish.
Best served at 12 º C with fish, seafood or as aperitif.
