VINIFICATION: Total removal from the stack. Fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures of 21º/23º C. 20 days maceration.
AGING PROCESS: 8 months in French and American oak and 1 year in bottle.
GASTRONOMY: Red meats, game, fat fishes, cataplanas. Sausages, ham and soft-grazed cheeses.
Wine of red color, aromas of vanilla and spices, with notes of ripe black fruit (plum); in the mouth it is full-bodied and voluminous, with sweet and smooth tannins and integrated acidity. Long and harmonious finish.
Aerate and serve at 18 º C
